Author information – submitting a full paper or industrial innovation case study

Those wishing to present at PEMD Europe 2027 are to submit a full paper or industrial innovation case study for consideration by the conference’s organising and technical programme committees.

Submitting your paper

PEMD invites you to submit your research and technical papers which will be peer reviewed and published. You will also have the opportunity to present your papers at the conference in the form of oral presentations, poster pitches or one – two hour long workshops

We aim for a 16-week turnaround time from conference end date to publication, providing all authors submit the requested documentation by the deadlines provided.

Successful authors will have their paper(s) submitted for indexing on IET Inspec, IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex, increasing citations and influence that extends beyond the conference.

Submitting your industrial innovation case study

We're also inviting companies to present product / process industrial innovation showcases and case studies relating to applications on the topics of power electronics, machines and drives inclusive of battery systems.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your company's innovative solutions and real-world applications to a diverse audience of industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners. For example, programmes funded by Innovate UK and other funding bodies.

Written papers are not required, but there is the option to include a formal paper if routes to publish are desired. Submissions are an expression of interest and will be reviewed by our team of experts.

Selected case studies and showcases will then be invited to give a 30 minute presentation at the conference in the form of special sessions.

Materials presented in the special sessions will not be included in the conference proceedings (unless a formal paper is submitted)
